PE 23 - Ultimate Frisbee 101

Whether you are curious about getting into ultimate frisbee or you already are an active player who wants to improve your skills, this course will provide the information that will help you reach your goal. Ultimate 101 will cover all aspects of the game, from the rules and basic drills to more advanced skills and drills for those that already know the sport. There will be both a classroom portion and an on-field portion to this class. Not repeatable for credit. Fall semester only. (1 Credits)
