PE 26 - Tai Chi Chuan In this class you will be introduced to the ancient Chinese art of Tai Chi Ch’uan. The forms, comprised of many different postures or movements, are performed slowly and in a relaxed manner. But do not be fooled by the slower pace because you will definitely get a workout. Expectations of the class: develop an appreciation of the art of Tai Chi; develop increased coordination of mind and body; be able to demonstrate the correct movements of Yang style tai chi ch’uan.
