BIOL 342 - Animal Behavior/Ecology A study of animals in their natural habitats. This course takes an evolutionary approach to the study of animal behavior. Through lectures, field trips, readings and discussions, students are introduced to current ideas and research methods in the field of behavioral ecology. In addition, students will become familiar with many of Minnesota’s birds and mammals.Three lecture hours and one three-hour laboratory per week. Prerequisite(s): BIOL 270 and BIOL 285 . Offered every spring semester. (4 Credits)
