HIST 230 - Women and Work in US History An historical overview of women’s changing experiences with work-both paid and unpaid-from the mercantilist economy of colonial times to the post-industrial era of the late twentieth century. This course is designed primarily for students who have no previous college-level background in U.S. history. Approved for Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies. Offered occasionally. (4 Credits)
