WGSS 262 - Performing Feminisms

This course seeks to define and examine Feminist Theater by exploring the critical techniques, political positions, issues, explorations, and theater practices of the many feminisms. The class studies not only the written word (in plays and criticism) but also the variety of production styles, methods, and practitioners that have been labeled Feminist. Prerequisite: sophomore standing or permission of the instructor. Alternate years. Prerequisite(s): sophomore standing or permission of instructor. (4 Credits)
