ANTH 258 - Peoples and Cultures of Africa

This course will present an overview of African cultures and societies as documented in the anthropological literature. Classic and contemporary ethnographies will be used to illustrate the social transformations which are occurring in Africa. Alternate years. Prerequisite(s):   or   (4 Credits)
